Adjustable Cabinet Shelf Lights
Published on April 30th, 2009.
Phantom adjustable shelf lights can be used to illuminate any custom creation of an architect, builder, or designer (provided the cabinet or bookcase has a solid back plane). Our custom shelf lighting fixtures are designed specifically for displays with varying shelf heights that are commonly found in collections and private libraries. Library cabinet lighting levels can be fine tuned through dimmer controls to create both functional and decorative lighting effects. Heat sinks and glare shields help bulbs operate at cooler temperatures, extending lamp life and protecting display contents from excessive IR output. Phantom strips can be made with either xenon or any one of three custom LED color temperatures—giving the interior decorator total freedom of choice in selecting a source that ideally compliments artistic lighting interior designs.
The amazing range of our adjustable shelf lighting applications that our fixtures can be used for is made possible by several unique and patented features of our custom technology. Because adjustable shelf lights are specifically designed for new constructions, they can be configured and installed as wireless hidden custom cabinet lighting source. This is made possible through a unique combination of patented buss bars, brass metal shelf supports, and brass contact pads connected to the linear strips themselves. Installing this proprietary technology takes only a few simple steps.
Custom Phantom buss bars are custom cut to the vertical height of the cabinet so they can be installed in routing on either side of the case. Each buss bar has screw holes located a regular intervals so metal shelf supports can be affixed to them at any desired height. The adjustable shelf linear lighting strips attach to the forward bottom of each shelf, concealed behind the reveal. Contact pads connected to the lighting strips complete the circuit when they are laid on top of the shelf supports. This wireless, low voltage circuit is thus completed using a few pads and screws making simple touch contact with one another—completely replacing the need for internal or external wiring with ingenious Phantom innovation.
If you are a collector, this gives you a tremendous freedom for setting up your display any way you choose to do so. For example, if you are collecting antiques of different types, you will no doubt need to vary shelf height to create variable display spaces to accommodate differently sized objects. The same could also hold true if you are an avid collector of hardback books. Rare prints and first editions will invariably feature different spine lengths, forcing you to adjust your shelving height accordingly. With in cabinet lighting strips that do not require rewiring the entire cabinet, you can do this in minutes without the help of an electrician, and at no risk of electrical hazard to yourself.
If you are a contractor responsible for building display cabinets and libraries for custom homeowners, consider the benefits you can pass along with adjustable LED shelf strip lighting that is not only easy and safe to manipulate, but also generates a superior quality of light than competing, standard fixtures. Our patented strips are made with glare shields that direct light downward and backward from a concealed location beneath the front of the shelf. This creates a more even distribution of light on book spines and collectibles, and it more effectively fills cabinet space with a warm, decorative, luminous aura.
Color temperature ranges include new 2800K LED festoon lamps, which emit a warm color tone that very closely approximates that of xenon. Adjustable shelf lights can also be built with the slightly cooler color temperatures of 2950K and 5000K. Xenon is also still available through special order, and even though it represents a traditionally shorter-life lighting source known to generate a great deal of heat, these negatives can be offset with heat sink technology that dissipates the heat away from contents, and from dimmer controls that allow wattage to be reduced to conserve both power and lamp life.

It has a sophisticated 1.3 mega pixel camera which is good enough to override your need for carrying a separate camera. The pictures are good by any standards. You can use a cable to upload your pictures to the computer and view them on the big screen. This will also enable you to share your photos with your friends.
As far as music is concerned, there is a FM tuner. You can listen to your favorite music whenever you are in the mood to. The advanced technology makes the mp3 players totally outdated. The memory slots ensures that you can store and access music, photos and videos of a wide range.
You have a choice of two colors for the mp7 cell phone: black and silver. Both are equally eye-catching and will suit your style. Add to it the touch screen display of 320 x 240. It even includes an analog TV tuner for compatibility with mobile TV besides the mp7 format.
The mp7 mobile phone affords many customized features. At the same time, it has the flexibility to support many user-defined features. Nowadays, personalizing it has become the latest fashion. Everyone, especially the younger generation is bent upon making his/her device stand out in a crowd. You can download logos, wallpapers and ring tones from the internet and enjoy yourself. You can hardly lose your mp7 cell phone: your personality will shine through and identify it as yours.
The mp7 cell phone is being unfairly compared with the iphone. It is too premature to predict the success or failure of it. And besides there is a lot of scope for competition. With the number of healthy features on it, it looks as if the phone is here to stay.

The most prominent way to drive massive amounts of traffic to your Website is to get a good search engine ranking in the SERPS.
It’s getting harder and harder to get your Website noticed online. There are hundreds of thousands of new websites popping up everyday, and there are lots of old Websites that have been around for quite awhile. But getting customers to your website is the only way that you’re going to be successful online so how can you make sure that your website gets noticed over others?
Search engines use little programs and crawlers to locate websites that go into the search engine results pages. The search engine bots crawl the Web looking for Websites and indexing them based on certain keywords and relevance. The bots use a formula to determine how to rank an individual page. That formula is very complicated and always changing, but includes things like the number of times a keyword appears on a page, meta data, title tags and where it appears. The more your website fits into the formula the higher up it will get ranked, meaning it will appear closer to the top of the first page in search engine results. That is exactly where you want your website to be in order to get more traffic.
If you’re a small business owner that is committed to making your online business a success, why struggle to learn how to search engine optimize your site all by yourself? Team up with Yahoo Web Hosting and work with a knowledgeable partner that can help you get the search engine ranking you want with the customized look and feel that you need to set your business Yahoo Web Site apart from the rest.
When someone performs a search engine query looking for something, studies have shown that they will usually not click past the first page of results, so your website needs to be at least on the first page of search engine results in order to get more traffic. But search engine optimization can be tricky and confusing for business owners that don’t know a lot about it.
Yahoo Hosting offers website templates that are already laid out to accommodate search engine optimization so that you won’t have to work so hard to optimize your site. Kitchen In-Cabinet Lighting
Published on April 30th, 2009.
Architects in charge of lighting custom kitchen cabinets often run into problems when it comes time to specify in-cabinet lighting strips for cabinet build outs made with wooden doors and glass windows. While such a cabinet looks beautiful when illuminated from within, it is difficult to do so with standard in-cabinet lighting fixtures that generate even marginal amounts of heat. Closed-air spaces can quickly become a fire hazard once heat buildup begins. It is necessary in such cases to use a low-voltage lighting source that can generate superior optical results with minimal radiant heat.
The best source of light to use for this type of enclosed in-cabinet lighting is an LED linear lighting strip fixture. While this technology has been around for years, it was not until very recently that its aesthetic qualities began to equal its technological advantages. The biggest challenge for LED strip light manufacturers lay in creating a bulb that could generate the same level of luminance as an incandescent source. Attempts to engineer LED bulbs themselves for greater lumens output failed because LED light bulbs by nature emit light through electrical stimulation of a diode core that operates in a completely different manner than the [electrification of incendiary] gases contained within traditional light bulbs.
Phantom Lighting made no such attempts to overcome the essence of futility when its engineers gathered around the drawing board to design a new generation of in-cabinet lighting strips. Rather than attempting to reengineer the nature of the LED bulb itself, they rather decided to make the essence of the LED bulb part of a newer, grander design of the patent pending 2800K Phantom festoon lamp. This lamp is actually made from the same LED chips that other lighting manufacturers use in their strips, but the configuration is the unique and proprietary creation Phantom Lighting. The three chips contained within a single LED festoon lamp combine their individual luminance in such a manner that ultimately produces an light output that equals Xenon or Incandescent sources—with no infrared or ultraviolet radiation. (See our LED lamp comparison chart)
This makes Phantom in-cabinet lights possibly the only lighting source that architects can rely upon to fulfill the necessary safety requirement of lighting closed-air spaces and still perform at an luxury lighting level that exceeds the expectations of the savvy home owner. It never has been a problem for a designer or electrical contractor to find cool-burning light sources to work in difficult spaces. However, the custom-home market places equal demand on the appearance of its presentation as much as it does its functionality and safety.
Phantom in-cabinet lights fulfill such aesthetic and professional lighting equipment requirements in a number of ways. To begin with, they are custom built to fit the precise dimensions of a kitchen cabinet interior. The architect needs only to call our main number and provide us with a set of drawings or a complete set of measurement numbers, and we will do the rest. Secondly, Phantom lights are extremely thin and low-profile in design, so they can be manufactured at will to conceal themselves either along interior horizontal headers or vertical cabinet styles. Third, our low voltage cabinet lighting strips are completely dimmable and can be easily adjusted to highlight cabinet contents with appropriate levels of interior lighting that simultaneously balance themselves against overall general room lighting. Last, and most importantly, Phantom LED in-cabinet lighting fixtures come in three optional colour temperatures—2800K, 2950K, and 5000K. Each of these offers unique advantages in illuminating different types and colors of fine china, glassware, and dinner ware.
In general, we have found that the cooler color temperatures of 2950K and 5000K tend to work better with the Spartan absolutes of contemporary custom kitchen designs and marble countertops. However, this is only an observation on our part, not an official recommendation. Ultimately we leave such choices to the homeowner and the builder. Our job is to accommodate the unique requirements of a highly specialized and very unique niche marketplace that has historically found it difficult to locate in-cabinet strip lighting fixtures that provide an exact technological match of equipment to design conception.
With Phantom, this problem is finally solved with applied technology custom-engineered for high-end design foremost in mind, with safety and functionality built into the equation in order to make beauty a functional element of lifestyle, and science and art a blended representation of the true custom home living experience.

Adjustable Shelf Lighting
Published on April 30th, 2009.
Phantom adjustable shelf lighting allows the builder, the architect, and the designer to illuminate custom displays without restriction. Shelves can be placed at variable heights to create custom displays and unique private library collections. Dimmable transformers enable homeowners to fine tune lighting at will. Lamping options range from classic xenon to patented LED festoon technology which rivals the lumens output of incandescent sources, but operates at 80% less the cost and emits no heat or ultraviolet radiation that can harm collectibles or books.
Several attributes unique to our technology are responsible for its seamless adaptability to multiple library shelf lighting applications. Adjustable shelf lights, specifically designed for new construction build outs, are engineered as wireless luminaires. A simple combination of patented buss bars, highly conductive metal shelf supports, and brass contact pads connected to the linear fixtures replace the need for standard wiring. Buss bars are patented metal conduits that embed flush in the external sides of bookcases and cabinets. Screw holes are located in the buss bars at close intervals that allow shelf supports to be mounted at any desired height within the cabinet. The linear fixtures are hidden behind the front reveal of each shelf, and the contact pads are connected to both ends of each lighting strip. When the private library display or bookcase is assembled, the contact pads and shelf supports complete a wireless, low-voltage circuit that powers the lamps.
The freedom this allows the collector cannot be underemphasized. More often than not, libraries contain books of different spine lengths, and antique collections include contents of widely variable sizes. It may be necessary to move shelves up or down to create more space as the collection grows, and the only way to do this without having to contract an electrician is to use adjustable xenon shelf lighting strips that have been engineered with this basic need of collectors in mind. While it is true that a score of linear light fixtures exist on the open market, these luminaires require hard wiring that makes adjusting shelves equivalent to an electrical overhaul. Furthermore, the aesthetics of standard build fixtures is also limited when you factor into account that every light we ship out is custom manufactured to the specific dimensions of the shelf to which it will be mounted.
The foremost benefit that results from this custom cabinet lighting manufacturing process is a completely hidden light source that allows you to see the contents of a collection clearly without the distraction of a visible fixture. Additionally, a better quality of light is achieved with adjustable shelf lighting fixtures mounted to the very forefront of the shelf, just behind the reveal. Phantom LED strip lights are directed by glare shields downward and backward, creating an even distribution of illumination throughout the entirety of the display space. This makes antiques on display appear more three dimensional, and it is also an optimal angle of incidence for illuminating book spines in private libraries.
Color temperature ranges are equally robust, allowing the designer to showcase both the fine finish of the cabinets themselves and the richness of their contents. Phantom’s new 2800K LED festoon lamp creates a warm color tone that very closely approximates that of xenon. Adjustable shelf lights can also be ordered in the slightly cooler 2950K, and the ultra contemporary style of the 5000K. If you absolutely have to use xenon to add that classic golden touch to an impeccable collection, please keep in mind that the dimmability of our adjustable shelf lights will still allow you to better control heat output and extend xenon lamp life. Comparing festoon lamps and replacing them is always a simple matter of swapping out a unit as well, so even high-end maintenance takes only a few seconds of component replacement when you work with Phantom technology.

Important Advances in Copier Technology
Published on April 30th, 2009.
Document copiers were once found only in large offices with the infrastructure and budget to support a significant investment in the technology (and the cost of copier supplies that went along with it). In 2009, not only are more companies able to afford their own copiers, but the technology “under the hood” in these essential devices has advanced more in the past ten years than anyone could have imagined.
Important Advances in Copiers
Higher Quality Imaging
Copier imaging technology has come so far in the last decade that it is now virtually impossible to tell the difference between the copies and the source materials. Individuals raised on PC scanners have become accustomed to this level of quality - which is now available on all modern office copiers.
Affordable Color Copies
There was a time not that long ago when businesses had to break the bank in order to afford their own color copier. Today, companies of all sizes can enjoy high quality color copies for presentations and other uses at a cost of only pennies per page. Plus, the color copiers themselves have come way down in price over the past decade.
Computer Network Integration
Now, many copiers do not even require a “hard” original to perform duplication tasks. Networked copiers are able to receive a document electronically from a PC and then produce the appropriate copies. This incredibly popular and useful feature is becoming standard on more and more copier machines each year.
Document Management
Another ground-breaking copier technology, document management allows copies to stores digital files representing everything that has been duplicated on a giver copier. This can be an incredible time-saver when dealing with oft-copied documents as well as giving the companies access to countless vital documents at the click of a mouse.
Durability
Historically, the copier repair guy was such an ever-present figure around the office that many people were surprised when he didn’t show up for the holiday party or corporate outings. Office copiers today are well-constructed and self-maintaining - meaning that they are less likely to require regular service.
Multi-tasking
Many of the top copiers in the industry do more than just copy. Businesses have come to expect multi-function capabilities in their copiers which includes printing, scanning and faxing. These all-in-one devices represent a new movement for offices that have limited floor space and need to get the most out of every dollar spent internally.
More Toner Options
One of the biggest obstacles for companies wanting their own copiers has always been toner. Many could find a way to afford the copier itself, but over time, the cost of the toner and other supplies would simply create too much red ink. In the 21st Century, many companies with an eye on the environment now offer recycled toner cartridges refilled with toner. This is one of many less-expensive options now on the table for companies that want to keep copying even after the low-toner light has started to flash.
New York businesses that want to lease or purchase a top-brand document copier need to visit www.worldtradecopiers.com today! Word Trade Copiers is the single-source for businesses large and small that want to increase productivity and organization using the cutting-edge of copier technology

Latest Technologies Used in Digital Cameras
Published on April 30th, 2009.
Digital cameras are the trend these days. Because of these cameras, more and more people are getting hooked to and practicing the art of photography in today’s modern society. This is a good idea, since photography is an art that expresses one’s thoughts and abilities of conveying a story through a still photograph. True, there are rules that govern the practice of photography; however, these rules are not cut and dried. Some photographers actually break the rules and can still come up with a decent photograph that pleases the general populace.
There are several advantages that one can enjoy from a digital camera. Here are some of them:
Ease of Use. Most digital cameras are easier to use than the traditional film camera. Just like a film camera, you can just point and shoot in order to capture your image. However, the viewfinder in both digital and film cameras let you see only about a certain percentage of the actual shots. In digital film cameras, however, you can see the final shot in your LCD. You can also frame shots better with the LCD than with the optical viewfinder.
Instant Results. Because it is digital, you can now see how good your shots are. You can then delete those that you do not want to have in your collection.
More Pictures. The storage media used by digital cameras have generally higher capacities than a film camera. In a film camera, you can take as much as 36 shots per film with a lot of it sometimes wasted in erroneous shots and exposure problems. In a digital camera, however, you can take as much as a thousand shots (depending on the resolution setting) with the advantage of having only the best ones remaining in the batch.
The Evolution of Digital Cameras
Just like today’s technology, digital cameras have also undergone evolution. The first digital cameras were only capable of low resolution images that were at most just 4 megapixels in size. The earlier ones also lacked a very crucial feature in today’s photography equipment: motion stills and blur reduction.
In the old days of digital photography, you need to have a steady hand in order to be able to shoot good photographs. This is good training, however. You learn to control the tremors in the shooting hand using older cameras, and then operate the newer ones with ease.
The latest digital cameras, however, are better than those that preceded them. Here are some of the latest technologies and improvements that you can find in digital cameras.
Improved Autofocus
As digital cameras evolved, their creators had in mind to put into them a very important feature: the autofocus. The autofocus helps an aspiring photographer to focus on a certain subject digitally: most point-and-shoot cameras (even the earlier ones) can autofocus on something that interests the photographer using preset algorithms. These have worked in the past, but crudely; sometimes the camera focuses on the wrong subject resulting in an erroneous photograph, or something that the photographer did not intend.
Most camera manufacturers nowadays have improved not only their autofocus capabilities, but also the camera’s capability to distinguish between an object and a person. Sony Corporation was the first to introduce this capability, and other companies have followed suit. This is the face recognition system, an improvement on the automatic focus capabilities of digital cameras that is useful especially when one is shooting portraits or shots that predominantly feature human faces.
In fact, Sony Corporation’s “W” series of their Cybershot point-and-shoot cameras have introduced a new feature that built up on the face recognition feature: the smile shutter. This feature requires any one of the subjects in the frame to smile before the shutter fires.
Improved Sensitivity to Light
One of the biggest problems of both DSLRs and point-and-shoot cameras in the past were their lessened sensitivity to low light. Older cameras require that you use flash in order to clearly capture the scene at low light, but later cameras can now allow their users to shoot at low light. Some current point-and-shoot cameras also have the capability to shoot at ISO 3200, the higher sensitivity rating so far in digital photography.

On Site SEO Over Optimization Mistakes
Published on April 30th, 2009.
After learning on-site SEO techniques, newcomers to SEO tend to overuse them. There is such thing as too much of a good thing in SEO. When you use on-page SEO techniques, it’s a good idea to be careful not to tread the thin line between good SEO and overdoing it. Some of the most common on-site SEO errors are stuffing content with keywords, developing content to target keywords that aren’t completely relevant to your market, and using an excessive amount of internal links.
Focus on Providing an Optimal User Experience on Your Website
First and foremost, your goal should be to create a website that is easy to use, informative, and helpful. A mistake that many of those new to SEO make is to focus solely on improving page ranking with excessive on-site SEO. This excessive on-site SEO could actually lead to your website getting penalized by the search engines. Moreover, a confusing website that is hard to navigate and full of irrelevant content will not fare well with human visitors. On the other hand, if you provide your site visitors with value, they are more likely to link to your website and this will improve your search engine ranking far more in the long run. You may get immediate benefits from keyword stuffing and excessive use of on-site SEO techniques but you will eventually lose out because it will become glaringly obvious to both search engines and site visitors.
On-site optimization is beneficial but you should not take these techniques overboard. Make sure your website looks and feels natural. A rule of thumb you can follow is to show your website to someone who has absolutely no clue about SEO and see what they think about it. If that person thinks you are obnoxiously using a particular keyword or that your copy sounds unnatural in any way, make adjustments to your on-site SEO.
If you use too many internal links with anchor text containing your target keywords on your website, you may find that your search engine ranking will actually fall rather than improve. Avoid excessive use of this tactic by making sure your website’s internal links are very natural. We’ve all seen websites that have footers full of internal links containing anchor text with target keywords. Doing this is unnatural and does not provide a user-friendly experience so it should be avoided at all costs. If the internal link is relevant to the content on a page, by all means drop the link but otherwise it’s best to save your links for pages in which they would truly be relevant.
Another common mistake is developing unnatural content. For example, if you are selling carpets in Georgetown, Washington DC, you shouldn’t have a page targeting the keyword, “carpets in Takoma Park.” Takoma Park is near Washington DC but it is not actually in Washington DC. Make sure you only provide content that is highly relevant to your market or you will turn off potential customers. In this case, you would want to focus on Washington DC or better yet, the neighborhood in Washington DC where your carpet business is located.
Keyword stuffing of content is common as is keyword stuffing of title tags. If you are selling window treatments in New York, do not use the word “window treatments” over and over in your copy because not only will it sound very redundant for users, the search engines will take notice and penalize you for it. Keep your content’s keyword usage as natural as possible for optimal results.
In conclusion, focus on making your website easy to use for your visitors before anything else. On-site SEO techniques are useful but only to an extent. Your ultimate goal should be to attract links from your site visitors with great content. For the best results, avoid over-optimizing your website and instead focus on providing visitors with helpful, informative content. Utilize on-site SEO techniques naturally in order to make your website more appealing for humans and avoid getting penalized by the search engines.
